Return Policy
48 hour return policy – if you choose to return your merchandise, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. All returns are subject to a restocking and pick up fee up to 20% of the purchase price.
Merchandise must be returned to our warehouse in Forestville.
Accessories must be returned to the original location where they were picked up.

How do I report a problem?
Problems should be reported to our Customer Service Department by calling (301) 735-2087, faxing (301) 735-7924 or e-mailing: customerservice@marlofurniture.com. PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR CUSTOMER NUMBER AND/OR SALES ORDER NUMBER IN YOUR CORRESPONDENCE.
Can I return my merchandise to your stores?
Merchandise must be returned to our warehouse in Forestville. Accessories must be returned to the original location where they were picked up.
If my furniture needs a replacement part, where can I pick it up?
Parts do not have to be picked up. They will be sent directly to your home via UPS.
Protection Tips Marlo offers customer the opportunity to purchase a 5 year protection plan. This no deductible protection plan covers against accidental damage to your furniture. As a complimentary gift and to help you better care for your new furniture, most plans come with a free complimentary kit that include care materials for fabric, leather and wood.
Take advantage of our No Use, No Lose program that provides you with a credit of the full amount paid to purchase the Service Agreement in the event that you do not use it.
