We deliver to most areas within a 50 mile radius of Washington, D.C. Check with your local store for details.
We offer next day delivery on in-stock purchases to local delivery areas made Monday through Thursday before 4:00 p.m. Marlo offers delivery six days a week.
Someone over the age of 18 must be home on your scheduled date to accept and sign for the delivery. We highly recommend it be the purchaser. If the merchandise has to be re-delivered, a charge may apply.
Yes, at our Forestville warehouse.
Cancellations are handled in the showroom where the purchase was made. Ask for the store manager when you arrive at the showroom.
Please contact our Customer Service Department at (301) 735-2087 to schedule a service technician to come to your home for repair. You can also notify us of the problem using the Delivery Concerns Page.
If a customer calls within 48 hours of receipt of their order, they may return their purchase for a refund or make a reselection minus any delivery charges. Special order merchandise is excluded. There will be a 20% restocking fee.
Yes, five year extended warranties are available. Ask your sales associate for the details.
Unfortunately we can’t accept payments in our stores. All payments should be mailed directly to the finance company.
Marlo’s accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as our own Marlo Gold.

Our minimum charge is $79 with a maximum of $250. The charge is calculated at 7% of the retail price.
Yes, we will confirm the evening prior to your delivery and provide you with your estimated time window.
We set up and assemble almost all merchandise. Exceptions will be brought to your attention by your sales associate and noted on your sales order.
Yes, they will need the original receipt, a valid picture ID (such as a driver’s license) and a vehicle ID.
Merchandise must be returned to our warehouse in Forestville. Accessories must be returned to the original location where they were picked up.
Parts do not have to be picked up. They will be sent directly to your home via UPS.
Marlo offers a 48 hour Satisfaction Guarantee and upholds the manufacturer’s warranty.
Marlo offers a Marlo gold card for customers. Customers approved for the GoldCard qualify for all credit promotions.
You may apply for a Marlo Card online. Look for our Apply for your Marlo Gold card link on our homepage. You can apply at the credit kiosks in our showrooms and approval takes only about 30 seconds.

We accept personal, business and certified checks with proper identification.
You may purchase over the phone if we have a credit card authorization form on file. You may also fax us a completed credit card authorization.
