FURNITURE PICK-UP AND DELIVERY
You may elect to pick up your furniture at the store you purchased from, Tuesday though Saturday 10am to 6pm.
Purchaser must be present with valid ID for furniture pick-up.
Marlo Furniture offers in-home delivery and set-up in the Washington DC metro area on Tuesdays thru Saturdays. All product must be paid-in-full prior to scheduling delivery. Our distribution center will attempt to confirm your delivery date with you the day prior to scheduled delivery. Please understand that some circumstances beyond our control, such as poor weather conditions and traffic jams, can delay delivery time frames.
Please keep in mind that we deliver furniture to hundreds of homes each week. In order to serve all of our customers promptly, we request at least 2 days’ notice to make a change in your scheduled delivery date. If you change a delivery less than 2 days before its scheduled date, we will charge a handling fee equal to the delivery charge, which must be paid prior to rescheduling delivery.
