Taking Care Of Your Fabric
General soiling can occur on all fabrics whether or not they have been treated. Common sources of soiling include airborne dust and dirt, human body oils, and dirt deposits from shoes, pets, clothes and other sources.
To prolong fabric life and reduce surface soiling, follow these simple steps:
1. Apply UV3 Fabric Protector to it.
2. Vacuum your furniture weekly. Ensure all surfaces are cleaned including the decking.
3. Turn reversible cushions over weekly.
4. If possible, occasionally rotate or rearrange the position of your furniture in a room to protect it from excessive wear that results from constantly being located in a commonly used sitting spot.
5. Keep your furniture out of direct sunlight.
Remove a Stain in Fabric
To properly care for your wood furniture, dust and clean it often and regularly use your Furniture Protection Package.
If a stain occurs, follow these steps:
1. Blot the stain with a clean dry cloth.
2. If the stain persists, apply MasterGuard spot remover and blot again.
3. If the stain persists, report it to MasterGuard within 5 days of occurrence.
